The UI/UX design focuses on creating an intuitive, user-friendly interface that enhances user engagement and simplifies the job search and hiring process.

Design Strategy & Process
User Profiling: Conducted user interviews and market research to understand the behaviors and pain points of both job seekers and recruiters. This helped in defining separate user journeys while ensuring a unified brand experience.
Competitive Analysis: Analyzed competitor platforms to identify opportunities for innovation, particularly in integrating AI for personalized recommendations and streamlining complex workflows.
Tailored Workflows:
For Talents: Developed a guided, step-by-step profile completion process with progress indicators, clear calls-to-action, and personalized job recommendations.
For Recruiters: Designed a dedicated dashboard enabling efficient job posting, candidate search with AI-powered filters, and real-time analytics to track hiring trends.
Iterative Prototyping: Leveraged Figma to create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring rapid iteration based on user feedback. Once the design was validated, Framer was used for interactive prototyping and no-code development to simulate user interactions and transitions.
